I have recently been having quite rough and unprotected sex with a new partner, and during sex 2 nights ago, I felt a burning sensation as if he was tearing me on the inside of my vagina, straight after I noticed one small bump on the inside flap of my vagina, what are the chances of it being herpes? is there a way to confirm without have a blood test and should i continue having sex?

Stop having sex, if it is herpes then you don't want to spread it around.
That said, I don't think it is herpes, as STDs take time to show themselves in many cases, a small bump on the inside of your vagina could be many things. For one, it could be a blocked gland, or just as you said a blister, a small tear from rough sex, a scar that has been aggravated. If I were you I'd give it another three days, if it doesn't show any signs of healing, head to see a nurse. She/he should be able to tell you what it is and put your mind at rest, or refer you to the GUM clinic for testing.
