Hi am 19 yrs old....my height is 6 feet and 2 inches... but my weight is only around 55 kg..that too is my bone weight...I look so lean.....so no girls are looking at me.... my friends are teasing me a lot....please give me advice how to develop my weight and muscles

Hi suryas488, this is common problem for a lot people who are tall and have fast metabolism. One of my friends had similar problem with his weight, best way to increase your weight and later on working on muscles is food with high calorie count, large portions, reduce stress, eat lot of avocado, easy weight lifting, and lot of proteins and time, lot of time. Best advice I or anyone else can give you. hope this helped
