HLAB 27, is this positive in enthesitis related arthritis?

I was reading all about the antigen HLAB 27, which seems to be able to accomplish a lot! I am by no means a medically trained person, so the terminology is a bit confusing to me at times. I wanted to know if HLAB 27 can play a positive role in enthesitis related arthritis? I'd appreciate any comments on this.
