Hello, for a like a month or so I've had multiple hollow purple spots around my penis, I also have 2 massive red spots on both of my legs where the scrotum touches the legs when I sit down. I can take as many showers as I want and wash my penis with special cleaning products and it still smell foul.
I have had no unprotected sex and I mostly only masturbate so I have problem understanding what is going on.
