just push through that sh*t, gotta be strong willed, drinking lots of fluids containing vitamine c, and get out and about keep moving it helps keep your mind off things, Dont go hang with friends that are getting it in, matter of fact get them outa your life, for sleep there are plenty of home remadies that work, different teas, foods, and if u need go to store and buy nightquill sleep medicine, its non habit forming, people wont agree with me but the withdraw is prolly about 90 percent mentall, and if you are a addict or former addict n u disagree then tell me this, how come when you are withdrawing and someone calls you and tells you they have something for you and you majically start felling so much better right away even though you have not got the drug in you body yet... dont care who you are you cant refute that, i have seen it with every and any addict i know including myself n family members, so remember most of that sh*t is in your head, get up get out and go do something it helps
