what could possibly be causing bad head pressure and pain in a localized area on one side of the head in the back... it feels likes its spazzing and when it does i kinda like feel like wierd its hard to explain any help anything would be nice

Sounds like a migraine attack. Try over the counter analgesics. Regular exercise especially the aerobic type may help prevent its recurrence. Massage therapy may also help.
