Hello to all. I suffer from back pain and I am constantly on analgesics. I would like to change that and try something else. I was thinking of trying some kind of treatment with water. I would like to know how water can be used therapeutically. I would really appreciate this. Thanks.
Hello. Water can be used therapeutically and many people can feel benefits. It is mostly reserved from musculoskeletal disorders and neurological diseases as hydrotherapy. However, colon hydrotherapy has become very popular lately. It is a method for cleansing large intestine. Water therapy can decrease pain. It is all thanking to characteristics of the body in water – buoyancy, drag, turbulence and resistance. Water therapy can be great for sport injuries, stroke recovery, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, etc. You should consult with an expert about this. I hope I've helped. Bye!
