Pt is 14 years old started on Paxil by pediatrician. She Has been on it two weeks.(started for anxiety r/t going back to school after being homeschooled for last three yrs) How do I taper her off? I feel she is entirely too young to be on this. Paxil linked to high risk of suicides amongst teenagers.please help!
