I am trying with my diets to loose the extra weight and I have to say that I am not all that satisfied. I mean, I do loose weight, but if I am not careful, I can get it back in a short time. My friends also told me that I will have to take some dietary supplements if the diet is extreme. How important is to take those dietary supplements regularly?

Well, if you are jumping from one diet to another then you will definitely need some supplements. Which one exactly, that depends on the diet. If you stop taking carbon hydrates, you will have to know that you will have to take some supplements because the brain only uses those carbs for the proper functioning. I guess this is why the doctors recommend only a balanced diet, one that includes all types of food.
