Thank You 8-|
It is major coincidence that I have find out answer to this question few days ago when my brother just had cataract surgery and he asked his doctor about flying because he wanted to go to see his girlfriend. The doctor replied that he can fly after cataract surgery and that it is safe.
He also mentioned that the air conditioning within an aircraft may make the eye feel a little dry and irritable but that this is not harmful but just something he needs to pay attention to.
Off course there is situation where flying could be dangerous after cataract eye surgery. This is situation when there is a bubble of gas placed within the eye but this isn’t something that is usually done during routine cataract surgery.
If your doctor approves you can go where ever you want.
