You may or may not be able to ejaculate yet because everyone's body develops at its own pace. However you should still be able to experience an orgasm. You can have orgasms even if you are not yet able to ejaculate. The orgasm happens after you have been masturbating for a few minutes and usually begins as a tingling or tickling sensation near the base of the penis. The sensation grows and spreads and becomes intense, and if you keep going you will probably then feel a throbbing or pulsating sensation, caused by muscles contracting at the base of the penis. In boys who are able to ejaculate, the muscle contractions pump semen out of the tip of the penis, but if your body isn't producing semen yet, you will feel the throbbing but no semen will come out. This is known as a dry orgasm and it is normal and very common early in puberty. The orgasm is accompanied by a wave of pleasure that passes through your body. Afterward your penis will become sensitive and go soft, and you will feel relaxed and maybe sleepy. Also, try to be sure to empty your bladder (pee) before you start masturbating, since masturbating with a full bladder is uncomfortable.
