Hello, folks. My son is five years old and he doesn’t like much eggs. I know that he has to consume them since their health benefits. I would like to know how many eggs my son needs to eat weekly. I would appreciate if someone could tell me this. Thank you in advance. Bye!

Hi, there. You are right. Eggs are something that kids should eat. Experts even recommend eggs for toddlers. One egg daily is enough, even for toddlers. Of course, you can rearrange this on weekly basis. You can try preparing eggs in some other form that would be more tasteful for your kid. You can consult a nutritionist about the details. I hope I’ve helped. Bye!

Hi there,
You have to understand that eggs have benefits in nutrient but I am not sure if this is obligatory. The thing is that most children like to eat eggs and most parents have no issue like you have, but you can try to find the alternative to eggs. Have you tried to feed your child eggs with something else which will mask the eggs? Sometimes children eat things that they wouldn’t eat usually if they don’t know that they are in the dish. So try to trick him in eating eggs and after some time he will most likely eat them when he gets used to the taste of the eggs in other dishes.
All the best,
Danella
