I agree with kumar88 that genes is mostly what determines your height and weight. However, I have a twin brother that was as tall as me but grew taller due to few years of playing basketball and drinking milk on a daily basis. Those are the two things you need. To improve weight, play sports and exercise. Sports are the most motivational way to improve your total physical condition because its telling your body you need it.

nothing kumar,please take a cub of milk everymorning and before sleep,and take a heavy meals afternoon;;;this is one of the way to improve your weight,,,
