Hi I am 13 and I am 193 pounds... :/ I REALLY wanna loose 60 pounds to be healthy and feel beautiful for my graduation!!! Please help...

its simple. excersise as much as possible. swimming is reccomended as it is relaxing and the best tool to lose weight. also diet. vegetables are great but although people make excuses that they are eating heathly through fruit. fruit has alot of sugar like fats in chocolate and sweets. and finally dont under eat too much as no one should become anorexic
