I'm a 16 year old teenage girl who probably weights 130-145 lbs and is 5"7-5"8 ft..i want to lose weight and I play tennis everyday for one hour and workout doing leg and stomach workout every day for one hour and i have been on a diet since two weeks but I don't see much of a difference difference around my waist and lower abs area. I need fast result so any advice?
