I always considered my 6 year old kid to be a real smart one, but it seems that I yet have to teach him a lot of things. It seems that he just cannot or won’t accept the fact that he must not mess around electric sockets. So, just in case, do you know how to treat an injury caused by an electric shock?

The most important thing is to make the heart rhythm normal again. When the electricity strikes, heart function is greatly disturbed. This means that the person struck by the electricity has to be taken to the emergency immediately, without hesitation. So, be patient and persuasive, teach him as soon as possible to leave those sockets alone.

if your son does have an electric shock or anybody does you should not touch him/her, the first thing you should do is turn off the main swith, then move him/her away from the conductor with a non conductive material. you should then immediately take him to accident and emergency.
