Well, I am going to take a shot in the dark and say that your boob hurts because you fell, and they get sore like that. The cough? maybe you inhaled a shitload of germs and whatnot because you fell on a work floor. Go get some OJ, maybe some Nyquill or weed or whatever you gotta do. But methinks you will be okay.
