hydro seal on his left testcail

i have a 3yr old boy how for the past 2 months has had a hydro seal on his left testcail plus lymphoglads are up on his left side which are corse a lot of pain and i am not getting any were with the doctors could you help as he is disable and cant talk much also he cant walk to much on his left side which when today at pre school
