you say that hydroxicut is by far the most amazing dietary suplement you have ever used but yet you only lost 5 lbs in 30 days...are you exercising at all?cause i read the description of hydroxicut and it says you still need to exercise.5 lbs is not amazing im sorry..i used to be huge when i was married..i was 350+ lbs of ugly disgusting fat and i got tired of it one day and started walking.im still overweight at 264 but i think the amount of weight i have lost in just 4 months is amazing..86 lbs in 4 months..without hydroxicut..imagine what im going to lose now that im taking it.
im not trying to depress anyone or say that your not doing great..losing any weight at all is great so dont take it that way..i do have a few words of advice though..if you drink soda..stop..if you eat fast food...stop...im serious dont eat bread dont drink milk stay away from anything white..walk ,jog, run, lift weights do situps and pushups..all these things will help you i know cause they have helped me..and its going to be a hard long road but if i can do it anyone can do it.i was eating fast food every night and drinking at least..6 liters of mtn dew a day

I agree with most of what you stated regarding the amount of weight that is a good result verses not a good result. Also regarding working out... That is extremely important as well as a balanced diet and changing your eating habits. Diet aids are NOT meant to replace food or exercise, they are meant to assist in the dieting process and give you a jump start. Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you have to work out. There is no getting around that. Also, eating properly is key. You are NOT suppose to cut out ANYTHING. That includes sugar and fat. Cutting out Carbs white carbs or any other is not going to do you any favors. You need those carbs for energy! Otherwise, your not going to have the strength to work out and you wont be healthy. Rather than not eating them at all, eat in moderation. Try making sure that if you want to eat white carb foods, consume them before 2 in the afternoon that way your body will have time to burn those calories. The bottom line is, Cardio exercise for weight loss, strength training for toning and shaping AND eat in moderation. Change your lifestyle - That is a long term weight loss solution!

I wouldn't say I'm overweight (6'1", 215 lbs), but I did have a lot of excess fat around my midsection, and I know I would over eat at each meal (causing my stomach to expand and giving me the GUT). I started an exercise routine using resistance bands and cardio workout (Slim in 6 video) and started using Hydroxicut at about the same time. The combination of the two has caused me to shrink my stomach and my belt size has cinched up 2 notches in just over a month. I haven't noticed any side effects from the hydroxicut, other than I feel full really fast after eating. It took me a while to realize that I couldn't eat the same portion of food that I used to. I initially would eat it all and would feel miserable and bloated afterwards. Now I've reduced my portion size to half of what it used to be and dont feel bad at all after eating. Using hydroxicut hasn't made me thrist for water. I drink 3 travel mugs of coffee a day, and will drink a couple of glasses of water at night at home. I think I'm pretty close to the weight/shape now that I should be at for my height/build, so I might go off the hydroxicut and see if I can keep my meal portions under control. I also want to get more muscle definition, so I'll continue the exercising. My real test is portion control and keeping my stomach small.

I had gained a lot of weight, about 30 pounds, after I graduated from college and moved back home for a year, in 2004. I worked out at least 3 times a week, but I still gained a lot of weight. I moved out, away from mom's homecooking, to go to grad school. While living on my own I changed my diet and took Hydroxycut. At the same time I did a lot of outdoor running and weighlifting. I lost 30 pounds in less than 2 months. It was a combination of eating right, running outside, working out about 4 to 5 days a week, and taking hydroxycut. I had a lot of energy from taking hydroxycut and my appettite lessened. i was happy with the results. Hope this helps. I will advise against taking the hydroxycut hardcore which is suppose to work faster and better. this made my heart/pulse race and didn't feel right. I also got lightheaded and very restless and anxious.

I read through some of these threads and agree with most in regards to suppliments helping with weight loss when combined with some activity. One thing to keep in mind is nutrition. I see many comments about less eating, drinking large sums of water etc. One thing that you really need to keep in mind is that your body is gonna get it's nutrition from somewhere so if you don't feed your body what it needs you are placing yourself in harms way. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so you want to insure you are losing fat and not muscle. Drinking juices such as V8 Splash is good becuse it contains most of the vegetable intake your body needs for the day. Also taking vitamins such as B, B1, C, E and or a multi-vitamin are a huge help as well. Supplements are great products if taken correctly but remember, these are supplements not food. Just some food for thought!

I have read through everything on this page and I agree with MQ. I have lost 65 lbs in 1 1/2 years not by using any supplements but walking outside and on my treadmill regularily and drinking water (I cut out all pop) and cutting back my food. I still would have ice cream or what I wanted but only a little bit to satisfy me. Sundays were my day to eat and drink whatever I wanted. This worked without any help. I have now been a bit lazy for the past winter and spring so I have gained some weight back. I am searching for an easy way out but after reading the posts, I will go back to what I was doing before. Because lets face it, there is no easy way out. It has worked and will work again. I just hope that no one gets hurt using these pills. They sound great, but really to keep it off we can't depend on pills. I hope everyone that uses it is safe and that if it works, that is great. But you know what, you can do it. Maybe use the pills short term but then go it alone. The key is to use more calories than you take in every day. Good luck everyone.

www.blossomingbody.com has LIDIY diet pills and they have the same active ingredient ( Hydroxycitric acid is it? ) as Hydroxycut, you can get LIDIY for $50 with the promo code ( as opposed to 89 for H) LIDIY has other good herbs in it - one of them is Lotus Leaves extract and another one ( don't remember the name ) which is like women's Viagra, anyway, check it out, I just started taking them a week ago and lost 5 lbs but I was taking Lida before so I can't tell what did what, but I feel great and more thirsty so I drink more beer (haha). Yes it makes me thirsty but it is natural I think.

Hydroxycut is terrible for your system. If you want to lose weight simply do more cardio. Its hard work but its no gimmick. Its worked for ages.

Just wanted to share a story, a co worker of mine in the medical profession, was takin diet pills, eating 2-3 meals a day and exercising, not excessively.
Doing all the RIGHT things other than taking the pills
While at work she passed out and literally dropped dead! Went into a cardiac arrest and was brought back by the defibrillator(shocked) , and CPR, she was in the ICU for 2 weeks
All of her electrolyte levels were out of whack from the diet pills and literally dropped dead from the pills
So just a forewarning about putting anything in your body that doesnt belong, you may think its all natural or harmless but I witnessed first hand they are not!!!

Let me see 2 months ago I had decided that I wanted to lose weight.. but the whole ok I'll start tomorrow, turns into the next day and so forth. Finally about a month ago I started dieting.. and EXERCISING!!! I wasnt about to go with the whole we'll bring you your food.. just because none of that stuff really works well for me.. So I went on my own diet..
1. CARDIO!!! (you can lift as many weights as you want but to get all the fat off and show off those muscles your gonna have to do cardio.. even if its intervals 2 minutes speed walking 1 minute jogging, it still gets your heart rate up and thus BURNS calories.) I suggest starting off walking for 10 minutes.. 30 minutes straight cardio then walk another 10 minutes
DO CARDIO EVERY DAY!!!
2. ABS- I was told by a trainer to do abs every day.. so do 4 reps of 25 crunches.. not bad at all
3.HEALTHY EATING HABITS- Before I started my diet I ate fast food and drank sooo much soda..
I completley cut the soda and fast food out.. COMPLETLEY follow this diet and you will be good.
*Breakfast* special K cereal or fresh fruit or both if your in a hurry grab a bananna or a special k bar (your body is fasting for 8 hours so remember your breakfast makes your whole day. Its clinically proven women who eat breakfast are thinner) start your day off good
*Morning Snack* Eating 'small meals' instead of large meals will help you out. now for me its hard to have a morning snack but a couple celery sticks or baby carrots or brocolli with light ranch is great! cottage cheese and peaches
*Lunch* Now for lunch I have 2 favorites and I make my lunch the main meal of my day!
Grilled Chicken and Salad with light dressing
OR
2 scrambled eggs and a piece of toast w/ peanut butter! get that protein in! and maybe throw in some salsa with the eggs very good!
*Dinner*
eat something small.
a salad with a hard boiled egg.
grilled chicken with beans:) great for you!
I mean there are tons of healthy foods out there I'm just giving you some of my favorites:)
*I think everyone including myself knows that fi you starve yourself your gonna break down and over eat on something you love.. so do little things switch whole milk to lowfat milk.. cottage cheese to light cottage cheese. ranch to light ranch or light balsamic vinigerette.. eat scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs.. take the yolk out if you have problems with choleseroll.
*Water Intake* Core thing here people I used to hate water.. But an average person should drink 2 liters a day.. If your working out any nutrition will tell you to drink 3 liters a day. The more water you drink the more fat you burn!
*Set Goals* Get a calender out and every day you work out highlight that say to the minimum i will work out 3 days a week and you will feel great when you look at the calender for the month of may and see 2/3rds of it highlighted you'll be like oh come on may!
*MOST IMPORTANT YOU NEED TO INCORPORATE EXERCISE INTO YOUR LIFE. JUST LIKE GOING TO WORK SET ASIDE 30 MINUTES AT LEAST TO WORKING OUT A NIGHT*** and dont just drop the weight then couches and hohos from now on MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE CHOICE NOT A DIET!
Its not an easy thing but in a month I have lost 25 pounds and I have done it healthy you can do it!

Try taking psyllium capsules before meals. This is a natural fiber supplement that expands in the stomach, and will help you feel fuller. It has a whole bunch of other benefits as well.
