i am 12 yrs old. and everyone says u are skinny but i know their lying. tome i look pregnant!! (aka im NOT) i weigh 117 lbs. and i feel terrible i am like a jiggly freak. i get made fun of a lot sometimes. i just dont know what to do :'(

Ok same problem first you have to pas your self meaning don't over eat . Try ignoring junk foods like donuts or candy. Get your self into sports or maybe jog every day for 30 min. or longer. Also drinking smootheis is good when you don't really want to eat a whole meal. Last thing you need to know is scale your self every day. You'll see your body weight drop dramatically . My body weight was 105 know it's 85 this WORKS I'm 11

i would suggest doing competitive sport. For me it was cross country since we would all egg each other on. it also helps build character if you go into the elite ranks where you begin to run against yourself and not other people.
If that doesnt help or you dont have the motivation to do it, make your parents force you to do a sport and keep on forcing you even if you dont want to. Eventually it builds a brain map in your head that allows the release of endorphins when you do sport, which in turn allows you to feel good about it and you will keep on doing it on your own free will. The first few weeks are the hardest though, get past them and you're likely to keep up the habit.
