I have been suffering for about a week with severe lower back pain and pain and throbbing in my lower abdomen , it is difficult to walk or move, I am afraid to eat very much because I am feeling very nauseous, ( I only vomited once last week after eating something so I have been keeping my food intake to a minimum but feel sick after i eat anything) I was constipated for several days and took a laxative with gave me very mucusy stools. I have not had any bleeding lately but have in the past. I had a colonoscopy less than a year ago and the doctor removed some polyps and sent them in for a biopsy but everything came back normal. When I do use the bathroom I feel like there is something blocking my rectum but I dont know if that is caused from constipation or a tumor. I cant get an appointment with my doctor because she is away, and I hate going to walk in clinics, and I dont want to go to the hospital if its nothing serious. What should I do???
I am 43 years old.

If your colosopy was clear and the biopsy was negative it shouldn't be cancer. Could it be hemroids? I would see a gasterologist.
