hi i am 17 and have been keeping generally fit, i have smoked, done drugs but have quit recently, but still drink alcohol. i have recently start a weight training programme but as i have started out i am just getting used to th exercises so i could possibly lift more, i am also doing a little cardio between lifting weights days. i have found thought recently that i am becoming tired quickly and am sweating alot. both not and during exercise. i have recently had a massive fall out with my best friend but have managed to keep exercising. i am unsure if this has any relevance but thought it would be useful to mention. its becoming at times unbarable the sweating because i am so hot especially when i am not doing anything. is there anything i should be worried about? i have some other dodgy symptoms but i think they are unrelated but i can tell u if u wish. please help
