I am 32 weeks pregnant. I had sex with my current boyfriend on the 28th of March, we got into a argument and I slept with my ex on the 5th of April. I am not sure who the father is and want to be sure if you can get a positive blood test after only 5 days. I found out I was 3 to 4 weeks pregnant through a blood test the 8th of April. My HCG levels were at 10. I don't think your HCG levels can go up that fast but I'm still not sure. I don't want it to be my exs but I want to get a idea of who's it is before he is born.

When did your last period start? How long is your usual cycle.
The blood test can/does respond more accurately than a urine test - but only by several days.
If you had the positive test on April 8th however it is unlikely that it would be the ex's. Pregnancy is not immediate. It takes several days for fertilization and implantation to occur. Positive blood tests usually don't occur until about 10 days past conception.
Dates are usually based on your LMP.
It appears that your boyfriend is the father.
You can take a non-invasive DNA test now. It uses your blood and that of the father.
