I'm sorry but YOU can decide how certain you are about the paternity. I've already stated that I'm not giving an answer based upon what information OTHERS provide. You've spoken to them, YOU make YOUR own decision.
I have no clue as to the qualifications of the ultrasound technician or what method was used. You don't know when your LMP was (that itself would settle this). Lacking these key pieces of information I'm not comfortable stating that Rumulo is the father.
I am willing to say that I believe Rumulo is the father but that's the best I will do.
If you want 100% certainty then take a DNA test. It can confirm paternity.

You had sex with your ex on 8th, 10th and 12th, Conception most likely happened from the sperm he released into you on the 12th. I know this was written along time ago but I can't find any recent ones. I am in exactly the same position as you were apart from my friend being in a relationship - he's not. The early scan says I'm 6 week and 1day but sice googling I've found out his could be wrong and I slept with my friend 4 week 5 days ago so it is very close. I really don't want to lose my boyfriend over this and I really don't want him to find out. From what I gathered the early scans are usually wrong as they are predicted too early when woman are actually further on which would be better because then I wpupd know it was definitely my boyfriends. I don't want to sound round or cheeky but what was the outcome for you?
