so im 23 years old, 5' 2" and i weigh 133 lbs. I was never this big before but i was never satisfied with my wieght either...I feel so self conscious, and i am really bothered with my body...I do care how people perceive me, but before that i want to be comfortable in my own body. I need to be 110 pounds eventually....but i need to lose at least 15 lbs before may 20th..its very important...I've been taking oxyElite pro for two weeks but I havent seen any dofference...I have also tried green coffee for 3 weeks but it didnt suppress my appetite at alll... and now im keeping a food diary but i dont see nay weight loss....what am I doing wrong i dont understand...I need to lose 15 lbs in one month! i know that theres no guarantee for losing that much weight but I SERIOUSLY WONDER HOW PEOPLE LOSE WEIGHT!!! i dont understand, ive been trying for the past month! :(:S so frustrated....ive seen people around me lose so much weight but I cant seem to do it!!

You say you are keeping a food diary and that is good but how many calories are you trying to stay under each day?  Since you want to lose a lot in a little time I'm afraid your only choice is to do a very low calorie.  It shouldn't hurt for a short time if you are otherwise healthy.

take your body weight 133 divided by 2
than thats how much water you should drink.
you can shed pounds by drinking TONS of water
i drink 14 glasses of water a day, summer is coming!
but i also eat a good meal once a day, its helping a ton!
