I am 18 years old and with the love of my life... We found out last month that we are having a baby. The only pain she ever complains of is from her ovaries down... She says it hurts bad but it's not the worst pain she has ever had. People keep putting ideas of a Tubal Pregnancy in her head and it's scaring me. In fact I havent slept at all in the past day. Have you googled any symptoms? Honestly symptoms cannot answer everything because you may get the wrong idea, she needs to tell someone who can take her to see a doctor.
