I am 13 year old boy with no armpit hair, small Adam's apple, and medium sized pubic hairs. But I am 5.6 inches when fully erect, and 4.3 inches soft. When I am reading other peoples comments I can see that I am over average for my age. I am scared that my penis might end up too big for an average women and will effect my sex life. Please help me out!

You are big at 13 but not much bigger than average, 5.1" erect, for an adult.
Some guys get big early and others later.
We can't tell.
There are positions that you can use that won't hurt the "average" woman.

Be happy that you are big. I'm almost 14 and only 2.5 inches erect!
Not a problem for most women at all. Size varies in men and women and it doesn't really matter all that much.
