Hey, so three years i go (i was 13) when i went to the bathroom i noticed there was blood in my underwear so i told my mom and she told me i got my first period but what was strange is that was the only time i bled i didnt bleed for the next few hours or days but the next month i bled for 5 days and so are the next months.....what worries me is what if i broke my hymen that day and it wasnt my period? But if that happened do I automatically get my period the next months? Even though i never had sex or inserted anything in my vagina but i was only squeezing my thighs together it was a habit.. plz answer i am worried

I'm pretty sure it was your period. Breaking your hymen doesn't make your period start the next month, those two things are entirely unrelated.
Violent movements can break a hymen, but I don't think squeezing your legs can break your hymen
If you still have doubts try inserting your finger in your vagina. Do it slowly, carefully, and gently and don't go too deep. If it hurts or you feel something in your way then you still have you hymen. If it goes smooth then you may not have it, but if you still have doubts try something bigger than a finger.
