All of a sudden i have been unable to go a second round of sex after the first round. this worries my wife now, at 33 years i guess i should not get such problem coming...i need help on how to stop this and keep my wife happy all night....help!!!

It is NORMAL for your body to need a chance to recover after ejaculation. It's called the refractory period. As you get older it WILL take longer.
Focus on her for a while and then try again.
It may also be a good time to schedule a physical exam, just in case.
