I'm glad I'm not the only person going through this. It's so bad that I sweat as soon as I get out of the shower. I am a female so I do keep my arm pits shaved, considering how hair does make you sweat more and holds odor, but I still sweat like a pig. It just drips. Moving or not, hot or cold. I don't understand. I hope some of these tips work that you guys have listed. :(

Hi. I have the same problem. I'm 14 and it's soooo embarressing! I hate it! I've tried everything and nothing works. I've been wearing loose black shirts which thankfully people can't see. I'm in high school and im always afraid that people might see me sweating. I wear also tank tops a lot, that also seems to help hide it. In my school we are not allowed to wear tank tops, which I really wish we did. So I have to go to school wearing sweaters even on a super hot day! I just wish I would stop and not sweat like everyone else in my school. They are so lucky to not sweat like I do!
If you don't eat mush veggies like me (I know i'm weird). I found out eating for veggies help a lot. I'm a nervous wreak all the time. So I sweat even more. So I sweat cause im nervous about sweating so I sweat like double then normal. No one else in my family(which is a large one) has the same problem as I do. So it's nice knowing i'm not the only one with this horrible problem. I might even have someone in my school with the same problem as I do!
Does ANYONE have some answer for the problem that might help me!!!!! I'M FREAKING OUT!!

This is the best advice yet. Never came to think of buying without antiperspirant, I've tried everything under the sun, even the stone deodorant. Thank you, I going to try!

i have been clean off opiates for almost 3 weeks and have had excessive sweating under my armpits. It is driving me nuts. I am certain it has to do with opiates as I have never had my pits leak like a faucet althought I do sweat sometimes...this is ridiculous. I hope it is just my body readjusting because these "clinical" deoderants that you put on at night do not do anything. I have been through opiate withdrawals before but never had this issue so I am concerned. I am hoping my body will readjust here soon...

Yeah I have the same thing, it's not all the time but some time ago I was calmly reading a book and I wasn't hot at all and all of a sudden a bead of sweat drips down my arm and it really surprised me!
And just the other day I was out with friends and I was just sitting down in an air-conditioned room and for some reason my underarms were literally raining! I had to keep wiping my arms and it's so strange because I wasn't hot or anything and it's very embarrasing!
I can't wear any aluminium based deodrant because it stains my clothes and also it's been linked with metal desease and breast cancer and such so I'm staying away from it (I make my own deodrant out of tea tree oil and coconut oil which is amazing but doesn't stop me sweating).
Normally I wear baggy clothing (like with batwing sleeves), and when I have to wear a tight shirt I made these underarm pads of scrap cotton material that I folded over (to make it thicker) and cut into the shape of my underarm, I stick those pads onto the inside of my sleeves with doubled over sticky-tape. When I'm done I just rip it off, throw away the tape and put the pads in the wash together with everything else.
So that works well but now it's summer and it's too hot to wear baggy clothing or anything with sleeves so I can't use the underarm pads. :( So I'm considering botox injections maybe, my sister said that I could just carry around a hankerchief and pat down my underarms whenever I needed to but wouldn't people think it's gross?

I have been reading all these comments because my son, who is 27, has had the same problem for years. He is now using a prescription antiperspirant, and he is getting some good results. I am very concerned about the aluminum content, however. The one thing that I wanted to mention to all of you is that you should avoid ANY foods/drinks that contain caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic and will most certainly cause sweating (as well as anxiety in some people). Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others, so consider this, and see what might happen when you eliminate it from your diet. This would include coffee (even decaf) black and green teas, and (oh noooo!) chocolate. There is a whole list of other foods that are diuretics besides caffein. You might want to check it out, also.
