Hi. I had problems with my weight. All I did was eating and sleeping. I wasn`t really interested in anything but food. Then I suddenly realized I am destroying myself. And why? What for? I was thinking about what to do to help myself. So I started to training kung-fu. And I love it. I have lost my weight. It took me 2 years, but now my body looks great and I have learned how to defend myself. I did well. I just wanted to share my experience.

Hi. I think I did well too when I started to train karate. I love it. I wasn`t overweight, but I was afraid of other people. Now I have learned that you have to fight with your fears. I am now not afraid to be alive. I was hiding in my room like all the time, reading books, watching TV… Real life was unknown for me. Now I know I was just afraid of being alive. I was afraid of other people. I started to train karate to learn how to defend myself. But I have learned so much more. It gives your life a certain meaning. Yeah, I did well.
