I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago (which may or may not be relevant) and today I woke up feeling really sick. It lasted all day and I still feel like I'm about to throw up. I haven't been hungry or eaten all day and have slight cramps but my period finished 3 days ago. I feel extremely tired what is wrong with me??
Also Iam generally either very hot or coldAnd get slight headaches
