I feel hollowness when I clinch my teeth together mostly on the right side of my maxilla but now when I tap my head  I also feel the same.  I have had 2 sinus infections , my left ear crackles----Help- I am a breast cancer patient of 10 years----thinking now it is in my brain  I made an appt with an ENT
