Is the clicking in your ears when you talk actually in your ears or could it be your jaw? Sometimes you can get a clicking in your jaw called TMJ disorder (temporomandibular joint). You may also just have wax in your ear that is making to noise. Try irrigating your ears out first and see if that helps the problem. If you have determined it is your jaw, you may want to talk to the dentist about jaw exercises that help alleviate any clicking or pain you could have from TMJ disorder. Hi, I also have this everyday for the last 2 months, sometimes I have pressure in the ear also. My ears make a click noise at the end of my sentances a d also when I blow out of my mouth asif I'm blowing up a balloon, as soon as I stop blowing they click, it started in the left ear for a few weeks then also the right. Any ideas please? Thankyou!

I have clicking in my ear. Even if I put ear buds into my ears, the clicking is on the outside of the earbud trying to get into my ear. What can this be?
