I had a clean pap smear, but having bumps on my vaginal lips. Can they be from the soap I used?

I had a pat smear done and it said I didn't have anything...I have notice these little small bumps on my vargina lips the hurt when I touch them...but they always go way...I am wondering is it the soap I used because now since I been using this new soap I haven't notice anything
