I took bloodwork for arthritus. The bloodwork results said that I had a positive/negative report to Lupis.

What does this mean for me?
lost of things can be tied to a positive ana, it just means you need further testing to see what it is, find a good rhumatologist who can look into it for you. The real test, back when I took the Lupus test took 2 weeks to even get the results back. And then, some people may have lupus and never really get the test back saying they have it. Many people can go years without a clear dx. I just happen to be one of the lucky ones, or not, whose test came out first time, that i had lupus. I have 2 other sisters with it also.

Even my Rhummy doc has a positive ANA, but doens't have lupus.
