Okay so this is really awkward but I dont wanna mention it to my mom till im sure and my dad would just jump to conclusions. So I had this white eggshaped lump inside of my left labia and I got a little scared. It wasnt exactly painful but it felt like someone was pinching the labia, I tried popping it and I heard it pop...but inside the labia, nothing came out like if I had popped a balloon. The lump is gone but I still feel a tiny bit sore but is this something I should worry about or is it an overgrown cyst? Im 14 and have never ever had sex. If you have an answer id really appriciate it (:

Hi.. I had the same thing as you for YEARS, it would get big and then get really painful and pop internally (nothing would come out). What they are called is a Bartholyn Gland Cyst, google it there's lots of info on it. What I had to do was go to see a Gynocologist who put a tube in it to drain it which creates a new opening for the fluid to come out. It has not occurred since. You do need to go and have it treated, because it will continue to happen as the gland is block and the fluid cannot come out, and that is what causes the lump. You can try some home remedies such as taking a warm bath with epsom salts in it, sometimes that can be enough to unclog the gland, if it doesn't work, go see the Gyno and they will fix it for you! Don't do what I did, I sufferred with it for 15 years, because I was afraid and nervous about asking what it was..
