I had sex last Thursday for the first time. We used a condom and lube and I made sure it did not break. It hurt so bad, and had some spotting in my underwear after. It's been 39 days since my last period. But the one before that was 50 days apart and before that 33z so it's not regular at all. I've had sore breasts for the past three days. If I take a pregnancy test will it even be accurate? Because I've heard it has to be around the time of your period.

First off it hurt because he broke your hymen and the spotting was the tearing of the hymen which is completely normal. If he used a condom and did not put his penis in you unprotected the chances of you getting pregnant is decreased. Its possible if there was a hole in the condom or any spilled out the sides and got on you. If he put his penis in you without a condom at any time there could of been pre-cum and you can get pregnant from pre-cum. I would go by your last period and if you dont have one by 30 days from your last period take a pregnancy test. If you start to develop other signs of pregnancy like vomiting, sensitive to certains smells, nausea, etc then take another test. If you keep getting negative and no period see a doctor. Also if your not pregnant and decide to go on birth control it will help regulate your period.
