ok well i have never told my aprents cause im to shy but im 13 and basically all over my scrotum and a few on the under side of my penis are tiny little skin coloured lumps you can only see them when you stretch the skin but thats not the point they keep on appearing they dont hurt they do itch a bit but i think thats a totally diferent story so can anyone help. any help is greatly appreciated :-)
