I have rectal pressure that occurs about every two weeks. It's quite painful and I use hemorrhoid medicine quite often that doesn't seem to help. The only position when this occurs is laying down. I'm 41 and I'm worried that it could be something more severe but t it goes away at times for 2 to 3 weeks...
