I have abnormal bleeding between my periods and when I have period it last unusually long; I’ve got pain and bleeding after intercourse and have constant pelvic pain. So I assume all this signs may indicate that I have cervical cancer and I now I need to see a doc but would like to hear what I could expect with these signs.

All this signs may cause cervical cancer but also they may be the signs of some other condition such as an infection. Anyway you should go see your doc as soon as possible, because all the conditions with described signs might be cured if treated on time and if treated right. You’ll probably have a Pap test after whom you’ll probably be referred to colposcopy to confirm diagnose which may be abnormal cells, infection or dysplasia. if so you’ll be recommended some of various treatment such as laser or leep procedure that will remove abnormal tissue which is sent to biopsy afterwards to check of some eventual cancer cells. And in case of cancer the surgery is a must with radiotherapy and chemotherapy afterwards and which depends on the cancer stage of development. But as I said all those signs you’ve described may indicate cancer but doesn’t have to be so for it may occur to be just an infection also.
