I have an IUD in and think I could be pregnant;

what did they do when they found out that you had ruptured ovares

I have the copper Iud I've been having it since my little girl was bOrn about 7 months ago I'm 23 and she is my third child I have a 4 year old boy an 18 month and her now 7 months so my husband and I talk and we where going to stop there for now until I finish my career at least .. I am on a panic I really don't want to be pregnant againg if it does happens I will have it but is not what I want . Lately I've been having very irregular periods and I'm very on time all the time well in the middle of that I get spottings and this brown kind of fluid everytime I wipe .. Also I have really bad cramps from time to time Lso my breast are very tender and I'm sleepy and moody most of the time also craving lots of food I've been traying to go down the baby weight from the last baby and I haven't been able to witch before my other two pregnancy where very easy to go down but not this one also I don't know I'm a very unusual person well my body is since I ovulate 2 times a month instead like a regular person also I can't feel the string of my iud :( please help I'll be going this week to the doctor to pick up my blood test fingers cross hopefully everything comes out good :)

hi girls im a mum of two an 8yr old and 3yr old had the mirena in now for 8 weeks and the past three weeks ive been poorly back ache headache nausiaetc and now heartburn sore boobs and i just realy feel pregnant my coil feels very low also do you think im pregnant ?
if so will this be picked up in a test ? thanks girls x

hi i got the 10 year iud and for the first year and a half i would get my period and if i missed it would only be for one month well i went 6 months without it so i got scared i went to the ob he said i wasn't pregnant and that my iud was low he did a pap smear and the same day i ended up bleeding it lasted 4 days normally my periods last 7 well i didnt get a period or anything after its been 4 months now i have milk coming out of my breast and i been getting all the symptoms and every time i have intercourse i spot, i went to the ob once again and he said he wants to check the placement of my iud he didnt say anything about me being preggo but he said hes going to do a ultrasound... should i be scared????

Usualy when the IUD is lower than normel and your spotting and u never have before you just might be pregnant

hello i just had a boy 6 months ago and had never gotten the iud before its been 5 moths since i got it and ive been feeling preagnancy like symptoms i also started brown reddish spotting wen i wipe and im worried i might be preagnant.i have done home and dr. preagnancy test and they come out negative so can anyone give me advice on wat i should do please

 

Okay Iam 23 Single Mother of a 4 almost 5 year old little boy. I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 7 months and we are very happy together however he has 3 children from a previous relationship and neaither one of us want to have another child right now. But in October I had the Mirena Iud placed and , have my period every month since not very heavy but still a period for 7 days, But lately as of about 2 weeks ago I asked him Can you feel the strings and he responded not recently I became concerned , I immetately went to the bathroom to do a self check weird I know but still. I thought I felt the strings but now today on 3/15/13 nothing no strings no sign of a mirena but lots of nipple tender ness and cramps . When I was pregnant for my son , I had a Uti early on in pregnancy and have kinda had a burning sensation for about the last week. I have had lots of , cramping and pain and nausia and just not feeling well. Now I have heard that , pregnancy on Mirena is rare but in the last week I have met 5 people who Say it happend to them . Please help Iam terrified any advice is apprecated !

Hi Jodie. I am 23 as well and a mother of two beautiful boys. I have had Mirena since Feb. of 2012. The Dr. who inserted the Mirena cut my strings too short so I have never been able to feel them. About 3 months ago, I started having cramps, tender nipples, major mood swings and nausea with no vomiting. My period starting coming at different times but was always here by the 2nd week of the month. Up until this month. I have not had any spotting or brown discharge and like you, that’s normally how I know I’m about to come on. Idk if this is just what happens or if I am pregnant. I’m taking a test today and scheduling an appt w/ my Dr. I'll get back to you with what he says ;-)

Omg I have that same brown discharge and its all what comesout :/ , all I feel on pregnancy symptoms is that I'm very sleepy?? butt paraguard copper IUD is hormone free? && yes they say you shouldn't be able to feel it at all && my husband does&& it hurts him: / but i don't think its a pregnancy unless your period is late then ,we should worried an call our doctor asap

I just found out I am pregnant and I have a cooper IUD, I walked in the Dr. because I got my period on July 22 and Continued to bleed for 15 days know, so he conducted a Urine pregnancy Test and It was positive. My Dr. asked me to take a blood test and the levels are low but positive, he told me I might be having early signs of misscarige and will do another blood test tomorrow to see if my levels have increased or lowerd. I didn't want anymore kids but know that I know I am pregnant I don't want loose it.

Please help. My coil fell out 3 days ago I'm now having a very light black coloured mucus bleed but no period symptoms other than that. I have 2 kids already to my ex husband and I have only been seeing my bf for 6 month, so being pregnant isnt top of out to do list. How do you know when it is time to do a urine test? I've no idea if you can get pregnant if coil is dislodged? Also I'd just arrived on holiday when this happened so a trip to the doctor is not a easy option :(
