So for the past month or so, i have been
feeling nauseous
stomach pains
bloating
almost fainting
hot/cold flashes
anxiety attacks
and i dont know what to do. i though it had to do with that i used to eat ramen noodles for lunch at school but i dont think so
right now too, i feel awful.
this also happened last year around this time...
What is wrong with me?! im scared and i hate waking up feeling terrible every day!
this only happens when i eat and when i wake up... :'(

I think you just need to eat more healthy food.  Ramen for lunch isn't the best thing to consume especially since you're still growing up you need more nutritious food (plus ramen isn't something you should consume everyday/week, just occasionally).  The symptoms you've described above tells me that you're body is missing essential nutrient(s) like vitamins and minerals, so do a little research on them.

Eat healthier, the same thing happened to me a few years back and I figured out I was severely dehydrated. Drink plenty of water, you should notice a change.

For the past 2 weeks I've been waking up feeling nauseas, I dry heave but never usually puke unless I eat something early in the morning. I usually wake up around 6:45-7:00 for school. Usually this only happens on weekdays when I have to get up early. I usually go to bed anywhere between 10-12. I don't think this is caused by lack of sleep because almost everyone of my teenage friends don't get enough sleep everynight and don't wake up feeling nauseus. I have been to a walk-in clinic but they could not tell me what it was. I've stayed away from dairy products because lactose intolerance runs in the family. I'm usually an active kid (not recently because of this)This has effected my school attendance, social interactment and just enjoying my life, if anyone knows anything about this please write back because this really sucks and is starting to scare me :(
