Help! I have been having a heavy load of vaginal discharge lately. So bad that I have to wear a pad. I am a week past ovulation. My period is due in a week. It has been heavy since two days before ovulation. I have been having some cramping as well. Could I possibly be pregnant or is it something else?

It's possible you have a vaginial infection and your body is trying to get rid of it. If this has never happened before then you should probably go to the doctors for something doing about it. I can imagine it feels like your having your period all the time if it's that bad! wouldn't worry about it I' sure everything is fine but if you think you are pregnant then take a pregnancy test to make sure just incase they give you something that can be harmful to an unborn baby.

I went to the doctor and took a test. They said they would call if something was wrong but I haven't heard from them and it has been a week. But everything is still continuing.

All I can suggest is taking a home pregnancy test if you think you could be pregnant. Sometimes results can take a bit longer than a week. You could ring them and see if they have your results back yet.
