I don’t know what to do anymore? I have trust issues and my boyfriend I’m with I know he needs his time. But I can’t be alone, and I cry or get worked up for no reason. It feels like to me, I’m stuck in a loop which means I never get better. I try and change and move on from my issues but blocking them out not working anymore. I’m stuck for ideas now. I just seem to have too much on my mind that never makes my days happy as they should be.

It sounds like you need help beyond yourself. I suggest you try one of two things, or both. First is counseling. Find a counselor in your area, covered by your insurance, that specializes or has training in commitment issues. It's a common problem that psychologists deal with, so you shouldn't have an issue finding on this area. There should be a list of psychologists on your insurance's website. Many of these websites list the specific areas in which the counselors specialize. If not, you can call and ask. They don't mind answering those questions over the phone.
Another thing that has helped me personally with abuse and relationship issues is something called "body talk." It's a bit in the "voodoo medicine" realm, but it's unbelievable how much this has helped me as well as a close friend of mine. Search "Inner Connections" on the internet. Go to their website and call a local body talk specialist in your area. It may be a bit expensive--insurance doesn't cover--but you rarely have to see them more than once a month, and then not for very long, just a few sessions. I really suggest you give this a try.
