i have had this discomfort in my throat for about 4 days now

pleas i have a health challenge and i honestly need your help.

i have had this discomfort in my throat for about 4 days now it aches a little buth yet dosnt obstruct swallowing either liqued or solid. though the aching started  wen i drank water yestarday and it went down my throat forcefully.

and i felt cold and shevering wen i took my bath yesterday and couldent stay in a cool place but that stoped the same yestarday and today i started feeling a head ache that started mild and almost unnoticeble in the morning and increased to moderate by noon and has subcided to almost normal this evening after 2 doses of paracitamol, 1 at noon and the other this evenig.

but i havent taken any medication for the throat disconfort yet.

so please i need yor healp, im really scared out of my head.

the nurse in the clinic around my house doesnt seem to understand my suituation.

please i need your help.
