Small testicle size does not come from masturbation. (That is, normal masturbation. If you are constricting the blood vessles with a penis ring for more than 15 minutes or so at a time, some attrophy may be occuring...)
There is no reason to fear that you will not be fertile, just from 6 -to -7 years of masturbation.
If you are truely concerned over the size or appearance of your genitals, make an appointment to see a doctor or a medical person.
It seems that you have more concerns and issues over your masturbation and that's causing you worry on a lot of fronts.
