I have nipple rocks or just lumps under My nipples

you didn't say if you're male or female, or what is your age and that information could be very helpful for someone trying to give you an advice.

Usually nipple rocks or pimple like lumps under your nipples occur during puberty due to hormones going wild while you're developing. They do disappear on their own once the puberty subsides. In rare cases, when they don't disappear you can have them removed surgically, but that's usually advised only after you've gone through the puberty.
