Can anyone give advice, I have pain inside my bum after and during having a pooh, i am not straining when going toilete but the pain is always there, i have had a feel around as much as i can but doesn't feel like i have piles.

Always embaressing to go to doctor and say hey i got pain in bumbum. It could be nothing or maybe u have a begng to internal hemrhoids starting i think u should go in get it checked. i just had a staple surgery internal herroids and trust me tc of your health befor it bothers u allot.
