I have been on YAZ since last July. I have recurring ovarian cysts and had one drained last July. I have been to the doctor recently (as in, two months ago) for pain and cramping. They didn't find anything on the ultrasound, and I don't think they did a preg. test.

My fiance and I are sexually active. I have only missed one pill, and I took it the next day. We never have sex without a condom, just to be safe.
This month has been very odd. Since I started YAZ, I sometimes don't get periods at all. I can go two or three months without one and then suddenly get one. This last cycle lasted one day and it was black (not brown, it was very black) and clotting (sorry for TMI). I have constant nausea, but no problems having bowel movements. I have frequent urination, dizziness, trouble concentrating, and constant feelings of fullness in addition to cramping and general lower back pain. I am exhausted all the time for no reason, having trouble controling my emotions, and I am experiencing food aversion. I almost can't eat anything without feeling like I want to puke. Tums don't help.

Should I get a test just to be sure?
